So I don’t know what is with this weird phenomenon but it seems to me players with a number of some sort in their name are always the worst players. Whenever I get on Full Tilt to play a little poker I look for the tables which signify a donk (a player who is terrible) is sitting down – usually with very high player to flop ratios (above 35%) and excessively high average pots for the blind structure (20x BB). Once I have locked onto my target table I set my sites on the donk – scouting every move a player makes and monitoring how many hands they are playing. The donk is usually pretty easy to find – just look for the numbers in their name. Almost always one of these players is the local table fish. Players such as ‘22rocks’ or ‘broseph319′ are the ones which you want to play against. If you have struck poker gold this player shall fill your tiny castle with wealth.
As Mike McDermott would say, “Listen, here’s the thing. If you can’t spot the sucker in the first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker.”
